The yearly maintenance every extinguisher in your building is required to have.
We inspect, service and re-tag every extinguisher on site. Gauges, hoses, pins, seals, shells, brackets and signage all get checked, and anything that needs correcting gets corrected the same visit wherever possible.
A technician walks your building with you the first time so we both agree on the unit count and where everything is mounted.
Every unit gets weighed, examined and re-tagged. Anything we can correct on the spot — a missing pin, a cracked hose, a loose bracket — gets corrected during the visit.
You leave with a written record of every extinguisher, its type, its location and its next due date. We keep the same record and come back before it lapses.

- Every twelve months, on top of the monthly visual inspection your own staff performs.

- How long does a visit take?
- Most small businesses are done in under an hour. Larger sites are scheduled so we do not interrupt your operation.
