When you submit a service request or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, service address, the number and type of fire extinguishers you have, when they are due, and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose — to prepare your quote and schedule your service. A member of our team will contact you using the method you selected. We also keep your service history so we can track your due dates and return before your certifications expire.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not rent or trade your contact details to third parties for marketing.
• We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Service providers

This website runs on third-party hosting and database infrastructure, and we may use an email delivery service to notify our team of new requests. Those providers process your information only to operate the service on our behalf.

Retention

We keep service request records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain the compliance history for your equipment. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your choices
